32 Unit Apt Building- Time to upgrade PM softwares
Hi BP,
I'm purchasing a 32 unit apt complex in the next month, things are moving along smoothly, but i'm now trying to figure out what property management software I should transition to?
I"m currently using Cozy.co on my 15 smaller units (SFH, Duplex, Quadplexes), and personally i'm not a fan, I just choose it because it was free at first.
I'm curious at what others are suggesting on the most user friendly and scalable PM software is?
Thanks!
