I have been browsing lots of different blog posts and forums on BiggerPockets, trying to uncover what content to put in my direct mail letter.

The money I've saved this past year has been tremendous.I've never used it to communicate with clients, but I really like the interface and wish it would catch on here.

I'd like to see some improvements with the interface and such, but I'll likely need to move once I top out on the basic plan.

BTW, I generally don't do this part of the exercise since I have an attorney firm handle it (along with interfacing with the trustee... which sometimes can be a pain if you are not an attorney;) You will need to pay the sheriff for service ($30/person) and the cost of the writ ($25).

All of these companies are essentially the same; they just have slightly different interfaces.

It's not that expensive and I really like their desktop interface and their smartphone app which looks like a small window into the desktop.
