@Nicholas Ferraro, why not work with a commercial real estate broker who specializes in land deals?

I currently work for a multifamily property management company in Bel Air and hope to one day build an investment empire as do all of you!

The most important thing is that you do buy another property and build your empire of properties.

I'm trying to figure out how to calculate a ROI but I need to grasp how much it is going to cost not just in land, but in building, permits, taxes, etc. and how to make it worth my while.

Hello, I don’t know about property management companies or the best neighborhoods to target but my take on it is as you head toward Ventnor it’s not as rough, inlet is ok but some of the neighborhoods more inland (in the wide section of the city) I would be careful with.  

More specific data is needed than simple geographical areas7 - The “empire” is striking back.
