Commercial Empire - Review

Had the opportunity to attend The Commercial Empire Conference in Cleveland Ohio this week and wanted to give a quick review on here for anyone that may come across it.

Overall the event was awesome. Very informative, high level attendees and actionable items were taught and strategized for the investor. The main focus on the event was a deep dive into the internal operations of Tim Bratz, and his business Legacy Wealth Holdings, along with a few other subsidiary Conpanies he operates including his management company, and operations team.

My biggest takeaway from the event was definitely investor structuring and deal flow.

The speakers at the event mainly consisted of Tim Bratz himself, but was accompanied by some amazingly intense and thorough presentations by his law team, open discussion panels with other members of his team and his operations staff.

Big picture, great event and hats off to The Commercial Empire team for an amazing event. Highly recommend to active investors.

@Taylor L.

Great question Taylor and thanks for asking.

It is a tough one as well, to nail it down to a single lesson is challenging, but I think my answer would be simply the power of putting yourself out there and networking. I know that seems vague and obvious. From an operational standpoint I learned a tremendous amount about deal structure etc but I probably learned just as much from people I met and networked with then the actual conference. The power of an abundance mindset, not looking at it like a competition but a collaboration and truly providing value to others is literally worth its weight in gold and this event made me truly realize this in a way I didn’t even know you could realize.
