Adam,it all depends on gas rate, electric rate and how much is charged per load for wash and for the dryer. your best bet is to get any numbers you can from the seller ( maybe he claimed them on his tax forms ) only someone in your area may be able to give you a rough idea. my guess is about $800 for the year or $66/ month

But the practice for other house under same landlord is 60:40 split.But here all the 3 different units has their own washing machine and dryer. eBill is 309$.

Bath, hand and wash cloths are all on sale.

I don’t want to provided tents because they would need to be washed and bikes and kayaks can be rented.

Looks like the exterior walls are painted block so just wash them down good.Given the fact that the water heater is on cinder blocks, I would say that this house has flooded before.I wish you a quick, cheap and rapid recovery.

You have been so brain washed that you just can't see the logic in this.. but look at your conversion rates.

It may be a wash to hire someone consistent.
