Setup an auto responder in your email account for those late hour requests - yes I get them all the time as well.  

Is it worth it just to pull lists and put them in an auto dialer?

It's pretty sweet and free for me.I also have some nice auto messages I use to do the initial "screen" to save my time from the tire kickers and the "is it still available" annoyers.

Perhaps they would do better by using an auto-pay method.

I never have late payments, my credit score is 730ish and I went to apply for an auto loan but was denied.

For the auto loan my bank provided a payoff letter and evidence of the transactions.
