Should the seller be responsible for returning the SS card and drives license or handing it to the police?

We are fearful of the law (as in police and community).

I have directed them to contact police but they continue to call me. 

In Tampa Hartline built out special bus stops for the fast Metro line on Nebraska and they turned into hangout areas for all the street people who fill them with trash and cause multiple incidents requiring the police.

We are talking about people from all facets of life within this community; Nurses, Business Owners, Firefighters, Attorneys, Real Estate Agents, Brokers, Financial Advisors, Police Officers, Chef's, Tradesman, Truck Drivers...the list goes on and on. 

Be sure to contact the local police department and the economic development committee to gather any data as far as the jobs that may be coming into the area or leaving the area.

We lost a good tenant because a ton of people moved into the unit next door and we couldn't get them out for months as the owner lived out of state and the property manager wouldn't do anything, and calling the police wasn't working either (they said no proof they all lived there).

FYI there is a large project with the Police Department and a huge new crime lab around 27th St and Prospect.

Is step 1 going to the police with the lease and say she is trespassing?
