The way I see it, there are at least 4 of us here in Japan and perhaps we could benefit from forming a mutually supportive group since to my knowledge there is no REIA around for us to join.I don't know if the messages disappeared before you could see I will be in Tokyo in a couple of weeks for a conference and perhaps we can meet then.Thanks again for the lead,Pyrrha

We get a lot of cool speakers at our meet up and this month is a local award winning stager fresh off a national conference winning a bunch of awards, Carl Dismukes, who will be sharing some of the latest stats and trends. 

A few of of have begun to private message each other and are trying to get a conference call so we can help each other out.

They'll have an office where you can use a conference room and copiers/printers/etc.

I think I would have a similar experience if I got myself to a conference and this seems to be a recurring suggestion.I would be very interested to know more about the early failures if you are willing to share.

Hi Alfred,I recently attended a Realtor conference in Galveston where i picked up a pretty handy pricing sheet from one of the home warranty companies present.  

This past week, I attended the National Building Material Distributors Association annual conference in Colorado Springs.

I'm open to any sort of guidance that can be provided, I have a conference call with the property manager Thursday.
