I just signed up for a demo but if you have any feedback good or bad would be appreciated. 

I have learned to avoid general contractors and anyone who is too cheap (eg "craigslist handymen" unless its like demo and hauling, etc.)  

My best quote for tear out and rough-in for 4 baths, 4 kitchens, and cast iron mainstack replacement was 11,400 (with us doing all the demo and finish work. 

I plan to replace it all with a spiral staircase but will keep it around for demo and construction for ease of access.The fireplace will be removed.

Then, you can create a "lookalike" audience based on the information from the custom audience to reach an even broader demo. 

So far only demo has been done which includes the installation of 3 lvl beams to completely open up the 1st floor layout.

I think the play would be to buy the lot demo the cabin and build a nice new home on it.

We love to when we can go in and be able to have a simple demo and get right into the work.

At this time I am seeing 3 suitable options that I may be able to move forward with to use as a short term vacation rental or long term rental.Option 1: total Rehab of the interior/exterior while using the old foundation (if inspection finds strong/usable) Option 2: total demo of the structure and build a larger house on the second parcel outside shoreland management zone options 3 (combination): rehab/use as ADU and build larger house on second parcel Thank you for the help in advance!
