You should be able to get some killer deals right now in the IE.

Well, there’s no way I can fit four spaces on that property : ( Similarly, an Oakland city planner told me that Oakland's parking requirements are the #1 ADU killer there.

I love to learn and I am killer when it comes to money. 

Also I’m a fan of the 2 bed / 2 bath with those killer views of the mountains and they still perform well.

Besides, in my experience, they WANT out of state students to come to their university and they understand all too well that paying out-of-state tuition is a deal killer for many families.

Having said that, listing it when there will not be resources to show it or even handle inquiries is a killer. 

I'm trying to convince myself that this inspection report is not a deal killer but I want to remain objective in this process.

I see all of this talk about investors and have found some killer properties in my local area yet am finding my credit and lack of funds to get me no where and am unsure of how to get connected to the right people in order to get started.  

If you have a killer deal, you don't need to have a crazy marketing plan.
