I mean sure there are wild cases where they do but for the most part people go to Disney not matter what.

@JohnUnderwood @BruceWoodruff Both of you are spot on, and our original strategy was to stick to Joshua Tree for that exact reason, but @RohinDhar isn't exaggerating about whats going on there, our agent called it the new wild west and it really felt that way after a couple of weekends of serious house hunting.

I've heard stories as well of Sheriff Sales being like the wild wild west at times (the big players bidding up properties just to keep the new players out of contention) but haven't experienced anything like that first hand. 

It was wildly successful but I ran afoul of the HOA.

Wild guess is galvanized for the water which can last a long time, but eventually starts to develop holes from corrosion.  

I know there are snakes, but there are just as many, if not more, good, professional, and diligent agents who want to help their investor clients succeed wildly.  

My farm area has wild swings of the rental pendulum rendering rentometer less effective than I'd like. 

The last few years hit a ton of people causing wildly high amounts of bankruptcy, but it doesn't mean these are necessarily bad people or poor at paying their bills.
