Proof of Rent Roll For Small Multi Family Units
I'm a newbie investor. What time tested techniques are there to confirm rent collected when compiling your data for analysis? My farm area has wild swings of the rental pendulum rendering rentometer less effective than I'd like. It also appears that no one is being honest about the rents they're collecting. Thanks for the help.
