Currently living in Western Colorado.

There are more airbnbs in Rochester than in other parts of Western NY but I would say the income is higher than my LTRs. 

If so, I'd like to hear your thoughts or results.I'm a newer agent in the western suburbs of Chicago, and I'm thinking about trying his program.

If there is anybody in the Western-PA area that wouldnt mind giving some tips or tricks, or maybe even want to go in on a deal together, I would greatly appriciate it.

I figured going from Western WA to Eastern WA would be enough to see a higher ROI, but I'm definitely learning more and more as I go along.On a whim I ran some numbers for a duplex in Nashville. 

You should be able to get the place cleared in 1 day easily.Being in the western suburbs @John Warren probably has someone in that area as well.

Just under 2300 sq. ft. house 3 bed/3 bath in Western NC.

I had an investor who made an offer on a duplex in south western schools with 7 offers and we didn't get it.
