If there is anybody in the Western-PA area that wouldnt mind giving some tips or tricks, or maybe even want to go in on a deal together, I would greatly appriciate it. Im an HVAC tech. out of the Butler area and living in Clarion so im farmiliar with the market in these areas. Ive also watched every episode of fixer upper so I know exactly what im doing...thats a joke. I honestly have been doing reasearch, podcasts, I did a fast track with CleverInvestor, and im highly motivated. Any and all information is greatly appriciated. Thank you!
