Turning long-term rentals into AirBNB

Hello fellow investors.  Does anyone have any thoughts on turning long-term rentals into short-term via AirBNB or VRBO?  Looking at the numbers on AirDNA, it seems to make a lot of sense to do this.

I have discussed this with a few clients. Though we do not manage short term rentals does not make it non-profitable. I think it boils down to the property manager, the systems in place, and the overarching goal. Location is a big part of the puzzle. I personally can only speak from long-term rentals but perhaps there are some short term rental individuals who can jump in and assist.
