I love doing research on real estate investing and reading books, I have attended conferences, I have spoken to real estate agents from New Jersey and Florida and lenders, and I am so excited to take the jump.

@Nagesh PulipatiI don't know much about Newmark but I recently attended a multi-family conference in the area and they were one of the speakers on a broker's panel, which indicates they are also a player in the area.
