I'm excited, motivated and geared up make this decision a success. 

Everything seems to about negative gearing and taxation advantages over here which just doesn't work for me.

you can ask for whatever you want, but understand that most contractors dont listen. especially if you have not worked with them before.you are climbing a steep hill.. get your winter gear, ice picks, snow gloves and bundle up. will be a long trip to the top. is it worth it?

Courses 2 and 3 are more geared towards working in real estate, Course 1 is just license law and terminology.  

The degree program I went through is geared towards producing construction managers, estimators, project executives, etc. for large commercial general contracting companies (corporate-atmosphere).
