I'm a financial officer for a chain of espresso cafes here in Mississippi, and have recently been reacquainted with BiggerPockets after stumbling across you guys a few months back.

I don’t foresee retiring for at least fifteen years.I first stumbled upon the BiggerPockets Podcast a few months ago, became a member here last month, and just upgraded my membership to Pro Basic.My investment experience is mostly in the stock market, which has at best has returned mixed results.

Our last purchase happened because we stumbled upon a good deal and we did what we needed to buy it while the getting was good.

As an avid fan of podcasts I stumbled on the BP Podcasts late last week... suffice to say I can't stop listening!!

@Doug Keefe Hey Doug, First Please to meet you, so far I've started with targeting my neighborhood with postcards and as I reach out further and further I've been stumbling into alot of vacant properties but can't find owners for them.

A lot of that has to do with my odd luck of stumbling upon people looking for lease options.

It appears I've already stumbled upon conflicting information, which is why I wanted to deal with someone who is as knowledgeable as yourself on the subject.
