Hello Art - I think I can shed some light on this as I work for a credit reporting agency.Credit Plus, CBCInnovis and Informative Research are all credit reporting agencies.

I hadn't considered having the seller "deal with" (for lack of a better phrase) the tenants, so thank you for shedding that light. 

Maybe others on the forum can shed some light on this but it sounds like you may not have been given accurate information from the lender.

. -- local rules- no parking on lawns- no "for parts" cars that don't run and are being worked on- no indoor furniture outside, no outdoor storage or sheds- no gazebos, pools, fire pits, outdoor fireplaces, trampolines- where trash bins should be placed and when (my city is picky about this - fines)My lease is about 7 pages now.
