People don't always give 5 star reviews based on price, some give them just because they are grateful that the guy could make the furnace work when it's 20 degrees outside.  

We love it here and looking forward to building relationships within this community.I had the opportunity to connect to a couple of folks already and grateful for the opportunities that BP brings to the REI community.

Get your earnest money back, if she's willing to make you whole for any inspections, etc. you've paid out to get to this point - be very grateful, and move on.The other option would be seeing if she wants to be your first tenant.

I am so grateful that my parents and grandparents built this country to what is is before the NIMBY's and other interest groups ground things to a halt.

(Personally I'm grateful for what you do and think that no veteran should ever be homeless or have to wait or pay for medical care.

If stuff looks and sounds spammy I generally stay away (the closest REI to me is about 40 miles away and it reeks of just pushing the organizer's business products), but I'd be grateful for any advice on how to figure out what to stay away from.

Anyway, many of you here on Biggerpockets have played a role in me getting here, and I'm super grateful for all.

Thanks for the input, I gave him an extra 5$ because I didn't have change, he seemed surprised, but was grateful, I plan on using him for future projects.
