I have Auto Owners, my properties are in LLC's it is a home owners policy with Landlord Risk, i have $5K deductibles,  and they insure on property value, up to about $70K is $256/year or $350/year if it has a solid fuel heating unit (wood burning fireplace or stove) we have 18 properties spread over 2 policies, I regularity discuss with my agent if it is adequate, and she assures me it is more than I need.

.-50 units and under-paperless system to accept application, screen tenants, background checks, sign documents/leases, accept rent payments, auto reminder to tenants, accounting/bookkeeping software, produce basic financial reports, and auto post to craigslist/etc.

It does not matter if you are talking about a Rental Agreement, a Management Agreement, a Purchase Offer, Auto finance contracts, Contractor contracts, Employment contracts, or any other agreement that contains the required elements of offer, acceptance, consideration, intention to create legal relations, authority and capacity, and certainty.

You may also need coverage for Workers Compensation depending on your state laws/regulations, who hires the workers, and if your GC and subs have coverage.Other coverage you may need include:- flood insurance- Contractors Equipment coverage (if you own or rent the equipt)- Business Auto coverageAnd others depending on the details of the project
