Explain the new reduced roll you'd like your agent to take & see if he's cool with it then you can move forward without positioning him as the bad guy when all he really is, is the messenger most likely. when I did this at the street level no way i would work for anyone that was just plain rude..

Thanks Robert.Saying every lot in Lehigh acres isn't in a floodplain is a bit misleading. the reason most the homes aren't is because they are raised above the floodplain by builders and removed with a FEMA app. we do the same thing in columbus. land typically sits at or below the floodplain and is driven by FEMA maps you are right but you need to look at each independent lot location. unless I'm wrong, not one lot in Lehigh acres is in a flood plain?

Normal renting is either because people have bad credit, job uncertainty (eg might be moving etc), young and not wanting to be tied to a mortgage, or just plain stupidity.

If in the flood plain down by the river could be considerably higher than estimate.
