The website is packed with a lot of information, so I am trying to go through it bit by bit.

I must say this is a great website that is packed full of valuable information and contacts.

The book is also packed with tons of great advice.

I seem to find the best luck with properties around the 20k-25k range, still great cashflow but I don't have to pack heat when I collect rent.

So no little me's you are worried I am going to try and pack like sardines into your unit.

I just thought I should explore the possibilities before we just pack up and move, most likely, to another rental in June and if I'm going to present anything to the landlord then I need to do it sooner rather than later.Best!
