There are multifamily properties of varying scale as well but not in as high of concentration as closer-in neighborhoods. 

Just concentrating on learning and networking.  

But with the competitive market, we are concentrating more & more on off-market. 

I completed my bachelor's degree in Financial Advising with a concentration in Real Estate through LSU Shreveport back in December 2023.

If all 200 of your letters were concentrated in one area, I would try expanding the area and moving.

I doubt investors at the level of investment we discuss on BP will not see much of anything from these international concerns.I have not read the requirements and I doubt I will as I understand that liquidity issues has more to do with loan concentrations than individual loan underwriting especially in residential lending.There is usually a cut off for the applicability of reserves for state chartered banks and different than national banks.
