Taking action and learning a lot

I have only been on BP for a couple of weeks and I'm already learning so much.  I posted my introduction just a few days ago and I already have a couple of people on my colleague list. One of them is actually in my town here in Gainesville, FL.

I am taking action! I have already watched one webinar replay and attended a live one last night on wholesaling. I'm also going to my local REI Group meeting next Wednesday. I'm a little nervous though because I really have know idea what to expect or what I'm doing. But you gotta start somewhere right? I mean everybody had to learn and figure things out.

For me I think that's the first step.  Just concentrating on learning and networking.  It seems that networking is one of the biggest parts of becoming a successful real estate investor.  I guess the saying is really true in real estate investing..."It's not what you know, but who you know".
