Taking action and learning a lot

I have only been on BP for a couple of weeks and I'm already learning so much.  I posted my introduction just a few days ago and I already have a couple of people on my colleague list. One of them is actually in my town here in Gainesville, FL.

I am taking action! I have already watched one webinar replay and attended a live one last night on wholesaling. I'm also going to my local REI Group meeting next Wednesday. I'm a little nervous though because I really have know idea what to expect or what I'm doing. But you gotta start somewhere right? I mean everybody had to learn and figure things out.

For me I think that's the first step.  Just concentrating on learning and networking.  It seems that networking is one of the biggest parts of becoming a successful real estate investor.  I guess the saying is really true in real estate investing..."It's not what you know, but who you know".

@Greg Odom Congratulations on taking action, keep the momentum going and continue to build you knowledge base.  Then focus your energy and learn everything you can about whichever area of real estate investing captures your interest.
