Just another example of how screwed up our "advanced" society has become.I would start by calling the police and reporting a break-in.

Sister called for welfare check from police when it all began and did again last night since she's now not communicating with her church resources who have found her new apartments to visit.

He's beaten a tenant in another unit, who didn't want to call police, but asked to please let him move out, as he feared for his safety.

And I figure I will have to call the police about him.   

Now take that same scenario and add in the legal negligence factor and if you don't think you insurance will try to side step anything to pay for more than the property cost you are most likely mistaken, and the family of the descendant will most likely be legally/civilly coming after you for this and knowingly putting their loved one at risk. 

this would permit remaining roommates to add a 3rd if they choose to in the future with proper screening,, This would depend on if your left over roommates would qualify income wise with just 2 tenants.Otherwise sounds like a powder keg, and more than likely police calls will follow.

What if one of them calls the police on the other and places a restraining order, will this allow the person putting the complaint vs the other to stay and the other has to go?
