I'm not condoning his behavior, but invariably everyone has SOMETHING in their background that you don't agree with, and it doesn't necessarily make them a bad person or untrustworthy. 

If you check out some of the yellow letter mailing companies they seem to have templates displayed which you can borrow from what they're showing. 

I do like the way that the differences in luxury, higher middle, lower middle, and lower income decorating and fixtures was displayed.

Compensation drives behavior.

I can't see how anyone would argue this is poor behavior or unethical.
