I go on Zillow and basically just browse and look around the map searching for properties that look promising, then use the 4 square method of analyzing rental properties to practice running the numbers.

It's really like watching a reality tv show, which is why I get my popcorn ready each night to browse the ridiculousness.

Having multiple interfaces can add possible confusion and complication.
