Also, I'm in the same broker's office as @SharonTzib and as a Realtor who's still trying to build a name for myself it really inspires me to read about what a rock star she's being.  

I think most SFH rentals are previous personal residences and down the road the stars aligned and becoming a landlord/investor presents itself as an opportunity.  

@Jeff Greenberg  its not the guru its the people... just like here on BP some people are rock stars others are fade away into the either... winners and losers..

I am going to list the name of the city    please everyone spare some of your valuable time and rank those city with star ( 5 star would consider the best ) This will help all of us for making some good decision for your RENTAL INCOME CASH FLOW!

If you google:trenton nj real estate - then click on the trulia.com result.On that page, you have to go from List view to Map view if it's not already on Map view.Then inside the map on the upper left hand corner there is a badge with a star in it, that's the crime map.

I put a star next to the properties I would someday like to own, the ones that look distressed, and noted the people who own more than one property in the area. 

I would give CB properties a 5 star rating, but would not agree they should approach a property like a Call of Duty video game.
