Anyone Know an Investor-Friendly RE Brokerage in California?'.
My current CA brokerage that my license is hung with is driving me crazy. There is no simple transaction with them, they are always misplacing my checks, you name it. So I'm back to shopping. The problem is I only have a license so I can accept referral fees from investor transactions, so I don't need all the bells and whistles that a ReMax or Keller-Williams or those guys can offer me (and consequently charge me for). Right now, I don't pay any monthly fees or anything other than 10% of the referral fee. I want to keep that structure and not have any monthly fees or payments required.
Anyone know of any? Smaller, mom-n-pop type brokerages would be great, or just any investor-friendly ones you know of.
Thanks!
