It is a beautiful area and the people here are wonderful.Mobile is poised for economic growth and the future looks bright especially with the arrival of Airbus that is expecting to bring at least a thousand new jobs to the area in the next two years.Carrie and I feel like we are in a transition with the kids now grown and doing well on their own.

My business partner great up in Lubbock and my wife is a Texas Tech grad, so I have grown to know and love Lubbock.

I’ve noticed quite a few got yanked recently.  

Our business has been greatly impacted and we have really grown our portfolio a lot in the past 2 years! 

My local area is experiencing that now as well, rents are really moving upwards and retail sale prices have grown significantly so everyone is just buying without thinking of buying right.

Kids are grown,  claims to have 10 other properties (but i haven't found any other properties he own so im calling his bluff)Needs rehab?

This is bound to happen at some point and we have had 183 tenants in my time managing these 50 units and they have grown to roughly 150 now.

We have 4 grown children and 7 grandchildren.

All the success I achieved since has been “gravy”, just being able to completely change my career, business, and lifestyle from an activity I had grown to dislike to one I loved was the greatest achievement in itself.
