on quickbooks, say you own a bunch of rentals .. each month you get 10 bills for each of your rental places for garbage ... when you use quickbooks, and it downloads the data from your checking account, does it figure out which rental to allocate the garbage bill to?

Not all lenders require a 1.00 ratio, but less than that usually has garbage terms...and there are ways to get the ratio to work outside of just looking at market rents if you're close enough.

Sure we can give you a low and high range estimate using average CPCs, previous landing page conversion rates, monthly budget, etc… but you have to keep in mind the factors that are unknown when just starting out such as your budget may be too small for the market, your landing page could be hot garbage, your website runs into issues that affect the conversion tracking, etc… PPC is about testing until you find the winning setup, so if your account is brand new you should have a clear understanding that you will most likely have to dial in those leads through ongoing optimizations unless of course, your first launch is a massive success first week which is rare but still possible.

while I agree with @Bruce Woodruff, the mention of "very low income" tells me their credit is already likely garbage.... they probably already have stuff in collections..... have evictions and will likely struggle to get approved somewhere else anyway.... so me spending my time and effort to add to that wont really change anything.

Any this tony townhouse has got maybe forty more years in it before it will need to be bulldozed, and the people that built it knew exactly what kind of short-lived garbage they were building and what kind of short-sighted idiots would be mismanaging it.
