If you want to cast a wide net like this it has to be vague, it sounds like your usual message, omitting the address, would be a good starting point.

When we were originally in contract the insurance provider we chose to go with requested that roof, wiring and plumbing was all redone- cast iron pipes, cloth wiring and a slightly damaged roof would prevent us from being covered.
