If you want to cast a wide net like this it has to be vague, it sounds like your usual message, omitting the address, would be a good starting point.

I have been reading books and listening to pod casts for a while now, and want to start taking steps toward getting my first property.

Old houses have cast iron pipers that will disintegrate (because of age and/or foundation shift).

I have been listening to bigger pockets pod cast for about a month now and i have been doing research in my local area.

Review the pod casts as well as all of the written material of interest, attend some local real estate investment clubs and your on your way.  

What do you think would be the best way to "cast a wide net" and set up a face to face meeting with all the Orlando people on here who want to work together?

When we were originally in contract the insurance provider we chose to go with requested that roof, wiring and plumbing was all redone- cast iron pipes, cloth wiring and a slightly damaged roof would prevent us from being covered.
