Hello BP members,

I've spent the last day reading the forums, posts, and watching the pod casts. I'm very pleased to have found a community of professionals looking for the next steps in life!

Currently, I'm living near the Athens area. I do not have any experience with real estate but I've been working and saving money (the poor dad) way since I was 14. I'm hoping to read, learn and purchase my first multi-family home within the next year! I can't wait to see what the next year will have in store!
