I just attended a three day workshop and am STOKED to get out there and start crushing deals!

yes, we just attended Tarek and Christina's free seminar, their $2000 3-day weekend workshop in Ft Myers with "Fryman" and the next level a $10k 3-day boot camp with Gary Russel last weekend.At each stage, you get nuggets of gold (info, details, how-tos, tips) but you have to sit through a lot of "rah-rah" nonsense.  

Hey everybody, just completed the Than Merrill's 3 day workshop, i think it was well worth the $197.00 but i was amazed at just how many people were so willing to open their wallets and dish out $35,000 for one of their packages.

Okay Bigger Pockets friends, I recently purchased my ticket to the Fortune Builders 3 day work shop.

Some do have a larger piece of land that I could build a workshop that I've always wanted, but it's something I can live without if need be. 

We saw the opportunity to create passive income and eventually create a business for ourselves since, we have been seeking as much education in the field as we can, taking workshops, asking questions, reading books to be as ready as possible to safely take the shot. 

I am new to real estate investing but I have went to some workshops and training by top earning investors and i am still learning and you will forever learn in this business and one thing I know is that you do not need to get a real estate license to do this (unless you want to go spend money and take a test) and you do not need any money.

These thriving city centers also offer urbanites the ability to live, work, shop and entertain in close proximity, satisfying their desire for shorter commutes and greater walkability.

Been to RE workshops and being part of this site, the education just continues.Hoping to get some advice and pointers on how to (wholesale) buy/flip - buy/hold and create a consistent income stream for me and my wife first!
