Having a lease in place will help you as well - some lenders won't refi a vacant property.For your refi, you're usually looking at 75-80% max LTV with a debt service loan.

Hey @Michelle Baldwin, yes this is a challenge but everyone said it best.Simply, you can just use a different browser to be logged into each VRBO account.I also think that @John Underwoods idea will work as well.

For similar reasons you mentioned with access to both I70 and I90 pretty easily as well as being in range for the eastern sea board makes it a logistics hub.  

You will get some of these as well (This inquiry was for one of my 1500 SF 2 Bed + home office units)..... but by no means does this investment strategy warrant paying for a course.

What worked well, and what challenges did you face?

So, not really passive.Investing in rReal estate offers a lot more control than investing in stocks, but it also requires an investment of time to do well.

I have a complex next to mine that has over a hundred units, some do very well some dont and you can point to their decor right away as a differentiator.
