I will tell you though that this weekend will be my wife and my 1st wedding anniversary weekend, so its probably safe to say I won't be getting a hall pass...

Should anyone from the South Texas area wish to arrange a Cash Flow 101 game, I would gladly be willing to setup a game at a local venue to chat and learn about our investing habits.  

I normally rent it out for a week at at time, and we also do weddings and other events.  

@Paul Kessenich- in Nashville, the target market for these larger home is bachelor/bachelorette parties and other larger social functions (reunions, weddings)That is another degree of risk for long term.

I'm thinking that there will be even more competition since people will be able to bid online rather than have to go to a certain venue. 

I thought about it for 2 minutes as I was boarding a flight to go to my brother's wedding, and I agreed to the deal.

If I'm going to buy and upgrade an apartment to force appreciation it is a different venue but maybe I should be flexible until I reach my goals.

Cincinnati has division 1 college football and basketball, pro football, pro baseball, world class symphony orchestra, world class zoo, multiple major music venues, and excellent schools.
