I got tired if that routine and went and found a smaller tax operation where my first question was -“ I want these filed on time - Can you do that?

If so, do they both go into interest-bearing vehicles?

If you are renting it to family for under market value and tired of paying, then sell it. 

However, I have found it tiring to manage since it is far away from my primary residence.

Some of you are more interested in pushing an opinion/agenda then pushing actual data.It is tiring!
