I am applying to Tech Stars Toronto this week.

We regularly receive 5 star reviews and require a $200 cleaning fee for a 2 bedroom beach townhome.

Properties rated 1 & 2 Star account for the largest proportion of sales, with $62.3 million.

ie finding cleaners, setting up messaging, getting 5 star reviews, staying booked, finding the right property…Comment what you thought has been the hardest part in the start of the process!

@Wesley I. yes, fixed is what I want because my HELOC is variable.

The site happens to be for Boise but it covers all of Ada County so it will work for Meridian, Eagle, Star and Garden City as well.

They have fantastic ratings (5 stars across the board) and pride in providing high-touch, high-end service.
