The difference is marijuana is usually smoked a little at a time, whereas some cigarette smokers chain smoke.

@Diego Briceno yes we ended up using Smoker Gard associates in new Holland.

I think all smokers eventually smoke inside even if, "it's only this once."  

She is a heavy smoker and the nicotine is dripping off the blinds.

Personally, zero smokers for my properties.

We also don't rent to tenants with pets, smokers or folks who have been previously evicted (which of course also reduces tenant pool, but SOOOOOO worth it!).  

It's probably like  the habitual chain smoker of 80 years is more healthy than the guy next to him who just smoked filter cigarettes for just a few years, and died from lung cancer.Do good, every time you can. 

If they don't would evict themI try not to rent to smokers.
