The one complication is tenants that have had an eviction filed scrambling to find new housing before the process concludes...there is nothing stopping eviction attorney's from taking money and filing evictions...even if there is no possible outcome

I am financially independent through my rentals and if I have to scramble around each month to read all the submeters of the units I have, I wouldn't have time to do anything else.
