I have another property with Dish and it's not any better and I can't get wifi at that address which doesn't help business.

Satellite campuses like Clear Lake and UH- Downtown tend to attract commuter students who either live at home or have other living arrangements.Now if you were talking about possible student housing around the main UH campus, I think there's some opportunity there.

YouTube streaming via a cabled data connection is the new "TV," at least for people who have cut out their cable TV or dish TV provider (like we and many others have).
