When I was starting out and building my credit, I got rejected by 8 out of 9 banks for a personal LOC.

Now if I just work off my desired profit of $20k and factor all cost in I can go up to $95k which is what I’ve offered after my low ball initial offer was rejected.

These are things like:  talking to people,  getting over the fear of the phone, hard work , taking risks and betting it all, handling failure and rejection, perseverance, and picking yourself up off the floor, dusting yourself off and doing it all over again.

You have a terrible PM and should tell him to reject the applicant.

My guess is that this applicants income will not qualify and in that case you should be rejecting their application.

If 4 roommates apply, they will need 2x individually (totals to 6x) and 5x total.But, if, for example, 2 people apply... 1 person with 1x and second person with 3x, I can reject them. 

I know it can get rejected and take up to months to get back to me so, how to fill the W7 right in the first place to avoid it?

I offered $665k and they didn’t even counter, they simply rejected the offer.

If you believe she may be an above average risk it would be best to reject her application.
