On Monday, I saw a couple of crust-punk kids throwing bags of ice at moving cars in parking lot of the nearby Central Market (basically a regional version Whole Foods) and then ripping around the lot on bikes, cutting off cars.

It's waterproof, aesthetically pleasing, and will last a lot longer than carpet. 

Aesthetically speaking, I like the more modern type builds such as Easton park.  

The main conversion is done with an added separate entrance for the 2nd unit and a detached garage and now we are in the fine details stage going for aesthetics and curb appeal.

If the repair will be altering the look and aesthetic of the roof, then probably so.

Looking for some suggestions ,We will be working on putting 1 hr fire rated wall outside/inside but planner want to close this lobby wall too and we are looking for what other options we could have since this kill view and will not look good from aesthetic point of view.

A D property in a good location - do you mean to say it is a poorly constructed/aesthetically displeasing building, but in an good (A/B) neighborhood?

Architects are not known for designing plans that consider cost over aesthetics.
