I am in the process of setting up a voicemail system where it has the standard greeting and then will say: if you are looking to sell your home press 1 if you are an investor looking to purchase property press 2 etc Do you think I should have one phone number for sellers to call and hear an automated message and then another number for investors to call?

I was trying to get my boss to really press them to get the money out asap, regardless of penalties, but they wanted to wait on the "death put" (in case of death a cd can be paid out without penalty) to avoid losing out on any money.
