Where are you looking, what city/neighborhood/county?

I'm advising folks to keep a close eye on Clay, Cicero, North Syracuse, the neighborhoods including and surrounding Eastwood, and the neighborhoods by the university.

Would love to hear form some Multi-Family owners/operators in these markets about pros/cons and specifically neighborhoods to avoid.My wife and I have been to Columbia SC many times and, while we have never been to Little Rock Arkansas, we plan on going in Late March! 

I’m also open to exploring short-term rentals, private lending, or passive investing in funds—anything that maximizes returns while keeping risk and time commitments manageable.For context, I’d consider leaving my job if this could become a full-time venture that surpasses my current compensation (low-mid six figures).

Low barrier to entry, low taxes, landlord friendly, some amazing class A and B suburbs and a strong urban core. 

Indianapolis and surrounding areas often offer strong rental demand and reasonable property prices, so you’re definitely looking in the right place.For neighborhoods in Indianapolis, I’d suggest checking out areas like Fountain Square, Bates-Hendricks, and Irvington.

Does not appear to be low IQ person to me .

Recent sales in the neighborhood are also not updated. 

It’s on a quieter street, low income area.

Any specific neighborhoods you recommend looking into—or areas to avoid?
