At that price point, in my experience, there is typically a fair amount of deferred maintenance, and the board starts to impose "special assessments" to raise enough money to take care of the necessities.

built these things first and they'll come.In today's world internet and cable are getting to be necessities at campgrounds so people can stay in touch with family,friends or business so figure that in also.Might be a little overwhelming but once done beats any property ROI I've acquired in over 40 years. 1-low insurance very little if any structures,basically lia policy.2-low up keep,90% of your investment is underground and protected.3-low taxes,there again no structures so land tax is it.Hope this helps,good luck

Background check is indeed a necessity, but I wouldn't agree to a credit check if there was no need for me to do so.

I believe that only spending on necessities and cutting costs where I can for them will be helpful in supplementing additional money that I lose to my debts.

I know what you're thinking "expensive hobbies" but I found that with a little self control and some budgeting I can afford them pretty easily by sacrificing other non necessities, like cable or HBO etc, etc...

Long term, restructuring might be a necessity if things go sour, and the last thing you want it to be jeopardizing your financial future based on a rash decision being made out of impatience.
