I say everything below to help, and because I'm OCD about having the looks flow and tie together.1) Move the # of the house, it looks out of weird and out of place IMO, it should be above the mailbox or by the door.2)  Paint the front door-- that color looks like diarrhea, maybe a soft beige/cream --- paint the mailbox and the # the same color--- also, add a wreath to the front door to give it some color.   

In general:A neighborhood- I would love to live thereB neighborhood- I would be happy to live thereC neighborhood- I would live there if I needed to, but it wouldn't be my first choiceD neighborhood- I would live there if I had no other choiceF neighborhood- I would call everyone I know to find a place to stay in order to not live here"A" neighborhoods are the cream of the crop with the best locations, high end amenities/view right there, in the heart of the city.

The pictures show it pretty much needs a full renovation, although it’s a college town house so it doesn’t need to be the cream of the crop.

When we closed on our dream house and went to pick up the keys they surprised us with a giant red bow on our front door and an ice cream sundae party inside!

Arcade/gaming center, ice cream shop, Ect.

(Just kidding, love Kiwi food: roast lamb is my favorite, fond of beets and fried eggs on burgers, meat pies, hokey pokey ice cream, pavlova.. even huhu grubs in my hangi...bluffy oysters...getting hungry...)

Attached to the house (not structurally) is a decent sized cafe/ice cream shop which hasn’t been open in 5 years, but has everything needed to get it up and running.
