A scope of work is a document that outlines the specific tasks, deliverables, and milestones that are involved in a project.

Put in writing this weekend the steps or milestones it will take to accomplish that 2019 goal.  

I was just staring at that same graph last week thinking about how bad the alleged  "Crash" could really be. 

If you know you need to save, set the milestones so you can hit them weekly.

The contractor is on a draw schedule and when each milestone is completed, more money is released.

You may always ask contractor to do video reports of milestones.
