@Judy LipinskiThe bank is powerless in this situation.Until the property has been foreclosed on, the owners still have the property rights and you'll have to get them to sell it.If they decide to sell and what they owe is more than the value of the home, it will have to be a shortsale and listed with an agent on the MLS.
